With more than 32 years of industry experience delivering projects on client, builder and consultancy side, Ian has the edge for strategising delivery of complex programs and portfolio of works for commercial, defence, IT network and infrastructure and mechanical works, as well as council and social infrastructure. He has sucessfully delivered projects attaining relevant sustainability ratings like NABERS and Green Star. As Project Director, Ian provides strategic insights and guidance to the team and acts as executive sponsor for projects. He ensures the project strategy and direction is aligned to the client's vision-mission and supports development and management of complex portfolios and programs.

Paul is a senior member of the project management team with more than 18 years of construction experience. He has developed his expertise in major construction projects and critical site upgrades – from concept design through to practical completion – and has been responsible for large-scale projects and program management. As the Director – Critical Environments, Paul leads a team of multi-disciplined project managers and has direct responsibility for delivery, cost, personnel and WH&S management for fit-outs, refurbishments and construction projects within the critical infrastructure environment. He has excellent technical expertise based on his hands-on experience in the supervision and installation of electrical services for commercial, industrial and residential properties.
